POSTING COMMENTS

GET IT UNDER CONTROL!!!!! Let me make this clear. I will shut down the comments again.
If you guys can't get your language, racist comments, etc under control.

I love your dedication, but this is not intended to be a mini-community for 5 of you to fill your days making comments back and forth to each other. The intention is to foster conversation of Locked on Sports 24 hours a day beyond when the show is on the 950, KJR.

FOLLOW THIS AND WE WILL BE FINE
1) No foul language
2) No personal attacks
3) Stay on the topic

Word. Now how about lighting a fire under somebody about some diversity??

Didnt Rick Dupree used to do some broadcasting on KJR and didnt that help him move up to being a player development director for the Sonics? Or was that his brother or someone else?

And wasnt the assistant coach show, a way of giving Nate Mcmillan and then Dwayne Casey and others media visibility and a chance to talk about head coaching issues? I thought that was helpful too.

But diversity at the station now would still seem a issue and a worthwhile issue to pursue. But when you have that as a burning issue, usually you go talk to the employer- not an employee. Have you gone to KJR management or applied yourself or steered candidates to them that were qualified? If you have, great, good job. If you havent and continually run the issue at an employee than it seems like a personal attack or a half-hearted concern that maybe you need to do more about yourself first. Maybe Locke can also promote some candidates too. Maybe he has, I dont know. I do know he is always talking to football assistants and lower ranking baseball staff and journalists from around the country and even high school coaches to get their specific insight, but also to help them promote themselves. That is something of value. Quite a bit actually.

Another thing, ya'll can forgive me if I'm a Stanback supporter, this is only the 2nd black Qb in the history of the UW. I was born and raised here, it makes me very proud that the UW is the only school in division 1 athletics that have black men in their 2 top head coacing positions (this should be rampant all over the country but, "there's no racism involved" :) extreme sarcasm) I just would like to enjoy watching Isaiah rub it in the face of all the old stuffy white alums from Udub, in fact I don't care about whos better than who, if I was Tyrone I would only play black kids at QB just because of the history of this school. :)

Locke,

I want to talk about that team that plays basketball at Key Arena but I don't want to get off topic. A new post would be great. After all you are the 'Sonics guy' at KJR. Would you please give us some information.

Thanks.

Yes I too would like to discuss my beloved Supes. Sorry to go off topic oh great one. LOL!!!

I don't agree with not allowing off topic discussions as I think many of the discussions provide interesting insight in how the Seattle fan thinks and feels. However, if that is what we have to do I can do that too.

UoP online targets mature adults who have been in the work force for at least five years. The majority of UoP online students have been career oriented for some time. By designing their online classes so that they don’t require meetings at set times, UoP online helps busy individuals advance their educations. But don’t get the wrong idea; UoP online is not set up like other distance learning programs, Dicover the detailed information on catalog phoenix university
