I really hope that Jerheme Urban gets a chance to play more this year. It seemed that every time he was on the field last year he was making something happen. Plus I don't remember him ever dropping a ball which I can't say for any of our other receivers.

I say that I've seen all there is to see with Alex Bannister. He is a special teams player and that's it. He can be replaced by Jerome Pathon who has good hands and runs the right routes.

HUSKY not HUSKEY

Sonic ej

you must be a coug. I'm sorry that you are.

Locke said...

You seem to be the only one with a problem in keeping the langugue clean. Please keep an eye on it. Who do you suggest should have been on that list?

Anonymous said...

black,

I don't think any of the quaterbacks from the Huskies last year showed me anything. Isaiah Stanback, Carl Bonnel, and Casey Paus all sucked. I hope Ty sticks to just one QB this year or the Huskies are back to being terrible.

Anonymous said...

Locke,

Any chance that Sonics would bring in Doug Christie or is he damaged goods?

Man, black, you're lack of awareness is f***ing pitiful, for you're as doltish an individual that I've come across in a damn long time. (Of course, with that said, you could just be getting off by putting on nothing more than a big farce.)

Anyhow, if you're legitimate, then you're an ethnocentric bigot. Yeah, that's right, you don't have to be Caucasian to be racist.

Therefore, as it is, you ought to quit acting like a c**tish bitch and just shut the hell up.

Good Times,
AK

P.S.: I'm not one to often use vulgar language; yet, this troll is inane enough to justifiy being described with such profanity.

P.S.S: Oh yeah, and by the way: Doug Williams sucks.

Anyways, in addition, if you have an actual issue with Clear Channel Communications, Inc. -- whether it be regarding their hiring practices or whatever else is spinning through your vapid mind -- then go ahead and complain to them, rather than waste your time on a message board that is moderated by an employee of the company who has no say in the operation of the establishment.

(Hell, admittedly, I'm not exactly fond of Clear Channel's fascistic ways, but you don't see me bitching about it every other minute like a sad, pitiful dumbass.)

Okay, that's it, I'm off my soapbox. Peace.

Here is what the Seahawks recieving core will most likely be once the regular season starts:

FL Darrel Jackson
FL Bobby Engram
FL Lawrence Wallace
SE Jerheme Urban
SE D.J. Hackett
SE Alex Bannister

As it is, Bobby Shaw, Jerome Pathon, & Joe Jurevicius are no longer useful wideouts; moreover, each of 'em are past their prime, and their respective careers are quickly rolling downhill.

Anonymous said...

All right, I'm back on my soapbox:

Look, if the argument was regarding imperialism, tyranny, and/or xenophobia, then your comment about how the federal gov't of the United States of America authorized the dropping of atomic bombs against Japan in the cities of Nagasaki & Hiroshima during 1945 as a means of ending World War II would be relevant, sound, valid, and logical; however, our discussion is concerning ETHNOCENTRICISM .

black,

I agree, as a Native American these white men stole from my ancestors and claimed the land theirs. They should be held accountable and we should have our land back and they return to Europe. Navajo Power!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

Black,

they also won't admit their wrongdoing of sending Japanese Americans to internment camps or sending my people to "reservations"
and denying us rights to our land.

Anonymous said...

Revolution with scalping too!!!!

Hey, black, I'm not wholly Caucasian, so quit your asinine assumptions. As it is, I am 3/8 Irish, 1/4 Scot, 3/16 Anglo-Saxson, 1/8 German, 1/16 American Indian.

Furthermore, if I were alive during November of 1944 -- and was at least 21 years old -- then I'd've voted for Norman Thomas (who was one of the founders of the ACLU), rather than either F.D.R. or Thomas Dewey -- in the presidential election. Thus, if you can't decipher from that fact what my feelings regarding World War II was, then you are an imbecilic moron.

Also, you didn't mention the fact that internment camps existed in the United States -- with one of the locations being at the Puyallup Fairgrounds -- during WWII in your original post, so I didn't address it.

Lastly, I, too, deal with all sorts of prejudicial stereotyping daily, but I don't incessently bitch about it. Everything from my long hair to my moderate looks -- yeah, attractive people have an inherent advantage -- hinders me in numerous aspects of my life regarding societal and cultural issues.

Black,

My wife is from Somalia and yes we have two kids that we think look very good because of their mix. I love the African mix with my brothers. Someday we will make enough to take over our land back!!!!

Anonymous said...

Black, stick to sports. You're not very educated about it, but at least you understand the very base elements (i.e. ball goes in hoop, football goes in endzone). From the looks of your posts, everything else is way, way over your head. Hawaii was stolen from the Japanese? I'm sure King Kamehameha and James Cook would dispute that. BTW, refuring to caucasians as "you guys" as in who dropped the bomb, intristically means, at least in your mind, that blacks aren't Americans. Nice argument.

Anonymous said...

I didn't say I was ugly; I said that I was average looking.

You can check out the link if you want to see what I actually look like.

Anonymous said...

Anyways, black, I've got nothing against you, nor do I have anything against the basic premise of your beliefs and values; yet, it's the ignorant assumptions and incorrect decipherments that you have about certain things that sets me off.

In the end, ultimately, all I can do is disregard your bigoted naïveté, and hope that you become more tolerant.

Navajo Power!!!!We will take back our land from these white thieves!!!!

Anonymous said...

Black,

Our only sense of retribution is that these white folks waisting their money at our tribal casinos and my people getting richer!!!!!
LOL Native Power!!!!

Anonymous said...

Nah, black, I'm just going to take a libertarian approach and let everyone believe whatever it is that they want to believe, because I can't do a damn thing about it.

Anyways, back to the Seahawks.

Anonymous said...

Congrats on having the knowledge of a 5th grader black. I'm sure your elementary school was real.

Anonymous said...

Black,

I think that Seneca Wallace should be given the #1 job as
QB for the Hawks. Hasselbeck hasn't taken us anywhere since Green Bay and he can't even beat St Louis!!

Anonymous said...

Fire Holmgren and hire Ray Rhodes as the Seahawks new coach.

Anonymous said...

How about Ty Willingham? LOL

Anonymous said...

Black, it is possible to put more than one incoherent thought into each post. Try consolidating.
BTW Black, in regards to black coaches, players, and so on, a few questions:

1) Why are they so many more black professional athletes than white, especially considering that whites make up a higher percentage of the American population?

2) Why are they so many more white coaches than black coaches?

If the answer to number 2 is different from the answer to number 1, then why?

Anonymous said...

Such a fool. Keep up the great work.

Anonymous said...

Your first answer is logical, though it could be more easily eplained by saying "black are more qualified." The second is blind paranoia coupled with a fundamental misunderstanding of society. Teams do whatever it takes to win, including hiring the best applicant for the job. To infer that teams don't hire blacks as coaches, even at the expense of winning, simply to keep some kind of racial construct in place is moronic. I wouldn't expect anything less.

Barry Sanders

Jamal Lewis and Terrel Davis have no right being on that list. Riggins was before my time, so I can't speak to that.

Anonymous said...

If you're going to add fullbacks, then Csonka is head and shoulders above Alstot, though that is also still before my time. American Gladiators kicks ass.

Anonymous said...

The ten best running backs in NFL history include:

#1 Jim Brown
#2 Walter Payton
#3 Emmitt Smith
#4 Franco Harris
#5 Barry Sanders
#6 Eric Dickerson
#7 Tony Dorsett
#8 John Riggins
#9 Marcus Allen
#10 Curtis Martin

Anonymous said...

Uh, black, you do realize that both Earl Campbell and O.J. Simpson were way overrated. Their careers each lacked longevity, and neither of 'em were clutch performers. Moreover, they both aren't in the top-10 all-time statistically in categories such as rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. John Riggins, on the other hand, is on both of those lists.

Anonymous said...

Of course, black, you've already proven that your ideological mindset -- regardless of whether your beliefs and values concern sports or ethnic relations -- are clouded in idiocy. Yet, if it weren't for asinine fools such as yourself, then there would be no way by which to measure intelligence.

Anonymous said...

Okay, now that's a good argument, as John Riggins never rushed for even 1,500 yards in a season, nor did he eclipse an average of 4.0 yards per run; conversely, both O.J. Simpson and Earl Campbell did.

Anonymous said...

Anyways, instead of ranting about ethnic relations, could you just stick to arguing about sports. Now, I partially agree with your claim regarding African-American quarterbacks -- with Warren Moon being a prime example (as he was verbally assulted by Michigan fans during the '78 Rose Bowl, and how he was unofficially blacklisted from the NFL, which thereby forced him to play in the CFL 'til 1984, due to his ethnicity) -- then state it in one post, back it up with sufficient facts, and don't go off on incoherent tangents about it.

Anonymous said...

Look, I'm leaving now to go out tonight, but I have one last thing to say:

Black, you're an out-&-out smart guy, and there is no denying that; however, you don't always formulate your arguments well. In the end, ultimately, you'd get your point across if you made it more concise and weren't so harsh in the way you present it.

Good Times,
AK

Heard the Nets let Abdur Rahim deal fall. And they got Marc Jackson. Any interest in the Sonics to acquire Abdur Rahim? Marc Jackson would have been a decent pickup if they had looked into it too.

Anonymous said...

I think for greatest QB it should only be Superbowl winner.

Anonymous said...

THEN WE CAN INCLUDE DOUG WILLIAMS.

Anonymous said...

no we can't

Anonymous said...

You're right, we can't even have the poll, due to the fact that alot of those QB's played when African-American Qb's were not allowed. So you never really Know, we could have had Mike Vicks grandad playin ball and who knows he could have won five superbowls. But the racist pieces of crap that we share this counrty with thought they were superior. So just shut that discussion down.

Anonymous said...

another brilliant comment from between your crack dogface!!!!

Glad you liked it MR. Duke.

I'll bet Locke posts on here as anonymous. So he can say F'ed up stuff and no one is the wiser.
